Finch and Budgie Crumbles (Vetafarm) – Optimal Food for Finches/Food for Budgies

FEEDING GUIDE:

All birds require freely available fresh, clean water at all times. Birds fed on extruded diets will produce droppings of a different color and texture to birds fed on seed.

Non-Breeding Finches should be fed a diet consisting of 90% Finch and Budgie Crumbles, 5% seeds (millet sprays, seed heads etc), 5% Insects.

Omnivorous finches require insect protein supplementation when breeding, for this purpose, Vetafarm Insectapro should be added to the diet before/during breeding and while young are being raised.
70% Finch and Budgie Crumbles, 20% Vetafarm Insectapro, 5% seeds (millet sprays, seed heads etc), 5% Insects.

Budgerigars should be fed a diet consisting of 90% Finch and Budgie Crumbles, 10% seeds (millet sprays, seed heads etc)
